35 double rooms have been reserved, reservations are for July 7th through July 11th. You will pay only for the nights you stay.  The room rate will be
$ 39.00 per room, per night, To get this rate (which Jim Luttrell was able to negotiate) you must R.S.V. P. by April, 15th 2010. Breakfast will be provided each morning.

We need your opinion--------Shall we have our meal catered or do you want to travel with a covered dish?  In order to have the meal catered, we must have a head count.  Children under 12 will eat for free.  It is very important that you let us know what you think.  Please send your reply to
